Big shoe splurge vs. Big shoe steal: Equestrian Boots

Kourtney Kardashian sporting her adorable two-tone equestrian boots.

Even though we don’t know a thing about horseback riding, and in fact  have never even ridden on a horse, we love the equestrian look. Adorable with any ensemble, these fabulous boots make us want to learn how to horseback ride so we can strut them around on our big feet. Thankfully, the equestrian trend is in and it’s totally acceptable to wear these boots outside of the riding hall.

We love this simple variance from the traditional tall-shaft boot. With its curved top and low heel, these boots are chic, versatile and comfortable. These leather boots give off a cool vibe without being an ounce pretentious. Some designers have interpreted this trend differently and have given their own take on the equestrian boot. We’ve seen them with quilted shafts and in two-tone hues (even in large-size designer shoes!) We love them all, and want them all, but we like the option of not needing to empty our wallets for a pair. Here are some big shoe splurges versus big shoe steals of equestrian boots we’ve found for our big shoe collection:
